Customer Experiences

I had a fantastic experience with CHG Solutions and can’t recommend them highly enough! Francisco was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He really went above and beyond to address all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. What I appreciated most was his genuine attention to detail and commitment to getting things right. He even followed up with me afterward to check in, which was a really thoughtful touch and showed how much he cares about his customers. On top of the excellent customer service, their pricing was very competitive, making the overall experience even better. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes such pride in their work and truly puts the customer first. I’m extremely grateful for Francisco’s help and would absolutely recommend CHG Solutions to anyone looking for quality windows, fair pricing, and outstanding service!

Even though our home is very old, the living room window replacement was a huge improvement! We were very impressed with the new window install by CGH solutions. We will definitely have them back to replace our other windows at a future time.

I hired C.G.H. Solutions to remove my old French doors and install new sliding glass doors, and I'm thrilled with the result. The crew was diligent, fast, and on time, stuck to the plan, and left everything clean. Francisco was especially professional and a pleasure to work with. I'd happily hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

CGH Solutions is an amazing window company. Great quality windows, salesmanship is prestige and they were very quick when it came to answering any questions. The windows also came in super fast. I got 3 quotes and price wise they were affordable and again great quality. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Amazing team! CGH Solutions is a company with outstanding people. They performed every step of the way right on schedule just as promised. Their workmanship is absolutely beautiful. Their pricing for the windows could not be beat. Their warranty for their product was the icing on the cake. Thank you Francisco and your team.

Excellent customer service and craftsmanship of the patio sliding door and windows

It was a pleasure to meet Frank M and his team; Leandro and Leonard. They did an amazing job - they were knowledgeable and experienced. Excellent customer service, quality products and workmanship- highly recommend!

Professional, fast, and easy company to work with when updating our windows! The windows were reasonably priced and delivered quickly. Day-of installation was just a few hours! One minor hiccup regarding a scheduling glitch, but was made up for in a professional and timely manner which we very much appreciated!

Francisco and his team at CGH Solutions did an amazing job presenting us with the Anlin line of products, helping us choose the best type of windows for our needs, and completed replacement of multiple windows in one day’s work! We considered many other companies, but this company beat all the other estimates and delivered on their promised professionalism, efficiency, and reliability. Consider us another pair of satisfied customers!

I had my windows and patio doors replaced last week. Frank came to the house for consultation and provided the quote. He explained everything and never pressure me to sign a contract. It took about 4 weeks for the windows and doors to arrive, and it only took 1 day to install 8 windows and 2 patio doors. His crews were punctual and worked non-stop. They even adjusted the awning support brackets to make room for the patio door. The new windows and doors look great. I can feel the house is cooler than before. Highly recommended CGH Solutions!

When looking for replacement vinyl windows, I noticed CGH Solutions has a small headquarters near our home. We got a couple of other window quotes, then called CGH and met their salesman, Frank. All 3 quotes came within 10% of each other. My final decision was based mostly on previous reviews and the labor-and-materials warranty. We got quoted for the entire home, about 19 windows in all. We did the front side now, and the backside will be done early next year. Frank worked with us... and our budget. Made things easier for all of us. We gave Frank 10% of the total cost to start the ball rolling. Laz came shortly after, did the final measure, received 40% of project cost, and ordered the windows. Windows were ready when promised, and the installers brought them on Monday, and by Tuesday afternoon, the project was completed. Leo and his team were total professionals. They made everything go together seamlessly, and the windows look like they came with the house. Leo and crew got the final 50% of project cost. Our house is 80 years old, and was the original ranch home when the area was nothing but citrus trees. Our old double hung and casement windows were beyond needing help and my wife and I weren't sure how everything would look when finished. We are both pleasantly surprised at the results and we're only sorry we didn't do this decades ago. We could actually escape a fire now that our windows are no longer painted shut with 80 years worth of paint. Our new Anlin windows look great and function great! As expected there were areas, outside, that needed paint touchup to protect exposed bare wood. There were some minor issues with the blinds on a couple windows, but again, all minor issues. We highly recommend CGH Solutions for all your window needs. Get a couple quotes and then call Frank.

We hired CGH Solutions to replace the windows in our Diamond Bar unit and had a great experience. Francisco and his team were professional, on time, and easy to work with throughout the project. Francisco personally came out to take measurements and walked us through the Anlin window options for noise reduction, which was very helpful. The installation went smoothly, and we noticed a clear improvement in noise reduction right away. We would happily recommend CGH Solutions.

Contacting CGH for my window upgrade was the best decision my husband and I could have done, they work very precisely to provide the best quality of work for an affordable price, my house is now complemented by neighbors when they walk by and see the new windows! Highly recommended!

The team at CGH Solutions was very helpful with the process of replacing 3 windows at my condo. High quality Anlin brand windows, great price, great service, very quick installation, and cleaned up nicely. Thanks Frank, Lazaro, Iris and the team at CGH Solutions!

Excelente service

From the start, the service with CGH was exceptional. Estimator is knowledgeable and listened to my needs. After the order was placed, they kept me well informed with updates for installation. The installers were professional, clean and very well organized. I was amazed how quickly the process went on the install day. There was one issue that needed to be corrected, they were on top of it and fixed it without hesitation. Overall a great experience with CGH.

Frank is amazing

Servicio correcto y adecuado siempre estuvimos asesorados por personas profesionales

I called Anlin maufacturing to provide me 3 license contractors. Of the 3, CGH attended me immediately on the phone, and listened to my concerns. An appointment was set. Iris, very polite and cordial. She understood everything I explained. Francisco arrived punctual as scheduled. He explained everything that needed to be done to remove the existing window and cuts to the frame. He explained how unique Anlin windows are and the brochure he gave was beauriful. The contract buying experience was with no regrets, with trust, and great. To measure the custom window, Lazaro is the person that measured 3 times to make sure of the size. Lazaro and Francisco consulted each other of how the window was going to fit and the what ifs. My living room window frame is custom, original frame built in 1926. Patiently I waited for the window to arrive. Two young men installed it, using professional grade power tools. These guys knew what they were doing, very professional work. I HIGHLY recommend CGH Solutions for high grade Anlin windows. What I liked about the window, is the frame! The work they did looked like nothing happened. They have my recommendation! I'm happy with Anlin windows and CGH Solutions.

Just want to say. It was a breeze. From meeting the first time with Frank to the selection of the windows. All of the staff was super professional. Windows look amazing, beautiful, exquisite!!!! Let me mention the value. Excellent pricing. Would definitely use CGH again

I really like the easy, clean, timely way the contractors worked. My new windows and doors give me such joy when I look at them, love them! Also Francisco and Lazeros? (Sorry, don't know how to spell his name) did a great job overseeing everything, making sure I was happy.

Great job on installing two large front windows and a picture window for the garage. Friendly and knowledgeable along with very competitive prices. I would hire again and refer to friends and family for future jobs. Thank you!

Me siento muy feliz con mis ventanas yo no pensé que iban a estar tan bella estoy contenta con el servicio de las. personas que hacen la instalación

CGH Solutions replaced three Anlin windows that were over 20 years old. All employees were friendly and listened to what I wanted did not pressure me into doing something different. Four weeks after they measured the windows they were installed. The workers who installed the windows did a fantastic job replacing the aluminum wrap around our exterior window frame and left no mess when they were done. I was extremely happy with how the windows turned out.

Muy buen trabajo de los muchachos y el servicio muy bueno lo recomiendo muchísimo y las ventanas muy bonitas y sobre todo muy buena calidad y ahorro de energía

From start to finish, the whole process with Frank and his team was smooth and stress-free. Frank handled the estimate, answered every question —clear, prompt communication all the way. Lazaro, supervised the installation, lives by the “measure twice, cut once” mantra. He double-checked every opening, explained every step, and still finished on time. The crew was polite, laser-focused, and left the place spotless—huge plus with kids in the house. Why we love the Anlin Catalina windows Solid build: Multi-chambered vinyl frames with an Innergy® fiberglass core keep the sash rigid—no flex, no wobble. They’ve already survived a couple of my autistic son’s high-energy moments without a scratch. Dual-pane, argon-filled glass: Low-E (we chose the SunMatrix® upgrade) blocks UV and infrared heat while letting in plenty of light; the glass never feels hot, even under direct sun. Quieter home: Anlin’s Sound Suppression Technology® (thicker glass + beefy weather-stripping) cut street noise to a low hum—noticeable difference. Smooth operation & security: Rollers glide effortlessly and the cam-lock clicks in with authority; there’s zero play in the latch. Energy savings: Our smart thermostat shows afternoon AC cycles dropping ~20 % on sunny days, and the winter drafts around our old aluminum frames are gone. Lifetime peace of mind: Anlin’s True Double Lifetime Warranty covers parts, labor, and even accidental glass breakage—and it’s transferable if we ever sell. Outstanding value Yes, these windows are an investment, but compared with the half-dozen quotes we gathered, Anlin packed the most performance into the fairest price. Factor in: No-questions-asked warranty that would cost extra with other brands, and Boosted curb appeal & resale thanks to the clean sightlines and ENERGY STAR® ratings, …and the Catalina series offers a return that beats “cheaper” alternatives by a mile. We’re confident the payback in comfort, energy savings, and long-term durability will outstrip the upfront cost in just a few seasons. Two months in, we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. If you’re looking for windows that are tough, efficient, and truly worth the money, call Frank and Lazaro—you’ll be glad you did.

Great job and very efficient. I would highly recommend CGH Solutions to anyone in need.

I love my new windows. They came out beautifully. The workers installed them in one day and was the best price.

My experience with them it very satisfied the service was very professional and satisfied great praise excellent custody.and highly recommend.

Our project was to replace 12 windows and 2 sliding doors (1 oversize). Francisco came in with a good demonstration for the product. We compared a few other contractors and manufacturers and felt that CGH and Anlin were the best option in terms of price, warranty and material. On the day of installation, the 4-man crew showed up right on time with a trailer full of materials. Wasting no time, they completed a professional high quality work in 6 hours which was well ahead of the promised schedule. The windows and doors were beautifully installed and hand-cleaned. Job site was completely clean without any debrises.

After getting several estimates, we chose Francisco’s team because of their helpfulness and the high quality of their work. Him and his team were fantastic! They were punctual, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The work they did on our windows was top-notch—they look incredible.

CGH Solutions installed Anlin security windows at our home. Frank and Lazaro were very helpful in explaining the product and were great at setting up the order. Pricing was better than I expected for the windows and installation. The delivery and installation time was as promised and the installers were very professional. Would recommend them for new windows.
