I had a wonderful experience with CGH Solutions team, from their sales side to their installation side. I've worked with another window installer with a different window brand in my house before and can definitely say that the folks at CGH Solutions really know what they're doing! I also am a very detailed orientated person, and so when it came to this second time of installation, I knew the right questions to ask, and so I am doubly confident that when I chose CGH Solutions, they were going to be the right choice for me. From the start, the service with CGH was exceptional. Estimator is knowledgeable and listened to my needs. After the order was placed, they kept me well informed with updates for installation. The installers were professional, clean and very well organized. I was amazed how quickly the process went on the install day. I called Anlin maufacturing to provide me 3 license contractors. Of the 3, CGH attended me immediately on the phone, and listened to my concerns. An appointment was set. Iris, very polite and cordial. She understood everything I explained. Francisco arrived punctual as scheduled. He explained everything that needed to be done to remove the existing window and cuts to the frame. He explained how unique Anlin windows are and the brochure he gave was beauriful. The contract buying experience was with no regrets, with trust, and great. To measure the custom window, Lazaro is the person that measured 3 times to make sure of the size. Lazaro and Francisco consulted each other of how the window was going to fit and the what ifs. My living room window frame is custom, original frame built in 1926. Patiently I waited for the window to arrive. Two young men installed it, using professional grade power tools. These guys knew what they were doing, very professional work. I HIGHLY recommend CGH Solutions for high grade Anlin windows. What I liked about the window, is the frame! The work they did looked like nothing happened. They have my recommendation! I'm happy with Anlin windows and CGH Solutions.

CGH Solutions replaced three Anlin windows that were over 20 years old. All employees were friendly and listened to what I wanted did not pressure me into doing something different. Four weeks after they measured the windows they were installed. The workers who installed the windows did a fantastic job replacing the aluminum wrap around our exterior window frame and left no mess when they were done. I was extremely happy with how the windows turned out.

Our project was to replace 12 windows and 2 sliding doors (1 oversize). Francisco came in with a good demonstration for the product. We compared a few other contractors and manufacturers and felt that CGH and Anlin were the best option in terms of price, warranty and material. On the day of installation, the 4-man crew showed up right on time with a trailer full of materials. Wasting no time, they completed a professional high quality work in 6 hours which was well ahead of the promised schedule. The windows and doors were beautifully installed and hand-cleaned. Job site was completely clean without any debrises.

Francisco, the owner, is amazing to work with. My project includes a garden window, a new sliding door replacement and a conversion from a window to a sliding door - all by Anlin. The work is quite extensive. An electrical problem was discovered during the window demolition: Francisco and his team communicated the issue and handled it as true professionals would. I received warranty information in a timely manner. I have been using the window and doors for a few months now and have experienced no issue. CGH was just another quote when we set up the appointment to go over blueprints of a house we were building that had over 25 windows to install. That changed as soon as Frank demonstrated how the glass blocks solar, the quality of material used, how they glide to open, and the ease in cleaning. Far superior to the other manufacturers we researched.Several other big selling points for us was that CGH installs the windows, avoiding the argument of who would be at fault if using the warranty were to become necessary. That seemed to be a common theme in reviews of other companies. CGH came to the worksite twice to measure and to customize to get the very best airflow according to wind direction. On installation day the work was done professionally and efficiently. No radios blasting like so many of our other crews. Anlin windows are made in America and it appears they allow only trained people like Frank and Lazaro to represent them. We couldn’t have chosen a better window company than CGH Solutions.

I spoke with Frank (Francisco) and Iris during this process. Frank is very knowledgeable. He matched his prices to others that I was comparing with. He called once the job was done to make sure the crew went through each window with me, including how to take the window apart for cleaning, how to take the screen off, and how to use the stoppers. I found a potential issue with permitting and Frank got right on it - he did not leave me hanging.

I recently replaced all windows, a slider, and a huge 6 feet wide garden window in my home. I got multiple quotes from different companies. CGH solutions was prompt with their response. Frank was very accommodating of my schedule. He came out on a weekend and went over different options for my windows. He explained the pros and cons of different line of Anlin Windows. I never felt pressured to make a decision. He was very patient and answered all my questions.When I was finally ready to move forward with the project Frank explained the process and the expected timeline. The windows were going to take 6 weeks to be manufactured. Exactly 6 weeks later I received a call to schedule the installation. The installation took 2 days. The installation technicians were very professional and competent. Frank and Noah did a fantastic job on my door. Great pricing and delivered as promised on time. I live right next to the shop and just happened to walk in. Frank was able to help me find the right fit for my need. Two guy came and quickly removed my old door and install the new door in within 2 hours. Door lock was missing and the office Noah took care of it right away and we got everything done perfectly. All trash and dusts are cleaned up. The door looks amazing and really open up my living room. am really happy with it. Thanks so much. Arturo and Martin the installers are super chill as well. Overall, it’s great experience and I will definitely repeat the service. I would give them 10 stars if there is an option and if Frank can do ADU for me haha. But he unfortunately no longer does it.

They were able to deliver your vision and bring it to life which is rare to say in today's times. Highly professional and is lead by a veteran of the industry who keeps learning and challenging himself which makes him the one of the best of leaders. They were very through and professional.They were able to complete the job timely and cleaned up any mess that was created.The project manager was there to address all questions and to resolve any issues.All the windows turned out to be perfect and looks magnificent.

After interviewing several window companies, I spoke with Frank at CGH Solutions. He listened carefully to my concerns and goals and had the Anlin windows that I wanted. I wanted the Noise Reduction package and Frank explained all about it. This package has made a huge difference in providing peace and quiet in my home. Temperatures in my home are much better, as is cleanliness.My house is very old. And required a lot of woodwork replacement. I asked him to be sure it was done with Redwood, to protect from termites, which he did. It also required stucco repair. The crew who came out did an excellent job, including Noe. They were polite and clean and competent. I can't say enough good things about Frank & CGH solutions. Everyone there was receptive and respectful and provided excellent communication. It was a great value and the workmanship was wonderful.if you need new windows, I would definitely be proud to say that. Frank & CGH Solutions will take care of you.

I reached out to CGH regarding my Anlin windows and they were prompt in submitting a service request to help me resolve my problem. Unfortunately, my warranty had expired but I was still able resolve the issue with my windows very reasonably. Very nice and and informative at CGH. Appreciate their assistance.

We decided to update our homes exterior and new Doors and windows were at the top of the list. We ended up hiring this company out of Whitties CGH Solutions. Let me tell you, this is a talented team and the prices can't be beat.

Everyone did an excellent job and were very courteous. Sales rep, project manager and installers were all knowledgeable, they answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. They didn’t leave any mess behind and even walked me through every single window to make sure everything worked properly before leaving. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants their windows replaced.
