I’m glad that I chose CGH Solutions for my window replacement. They made my windows replacement experience easy going by their flexibility. I did my due diligence by researching window replacement and they both share more depth of window anatomy. Frank and Lazarus show that they not only here for my business but they care how my situation and best Windows suite my family needs.Frank provided competitive quote in comparison to other Anlin window installer/supplier, he is willing to follow my need. He is always available when I reach out, and taking his time addressing my concern and make sure that I’m confident to move forward with CGH Solutions.Moreover, Windows installation on time as scheduled, windows installers are efficient, installers do a good job, neat installation, they clean windows, left windows with no mark nor finger print nor scratches or damaged. Windows installer also make sure they left my house cleans from installation debris, which I appreciate.Furthermore, I’m glad that I chose Anlin windows over other brand due to double lifetime warranty, warranty also cover incidental broken glass, which not many window cover.My house temperature changes significantly after 10 Anlin windows installation, house temperature is now friendly and stable. Francisco, the owner, is amazing to work with. My project includes a garden window, a new sliding door replacement and a conversion from a window to a sliding door - all by Anlin. The work is quite extensive. An electrical problem was discovered during the window demolition: Francisco and his team communicated the issue and handled it as true professionals would. I received warranty information in a timely manner. I have been using the window and doors for a few months now and have experienced no issue. But I know if a situation arises, I can count on CGH to troubleshoot it. I highly recommend CGH to anyone looking to have a hassle-free experience with contractors.

We recently had new windows installed in our home, and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire process from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional, and the service exceeded my expectations in every way. Both me and my wife are quite satisfied with their work!Customer education: Frank is very knowledgable and professional about these windows. He came to our place with a full package of window samples to demo and educate us about why the brand is good. He is the only person that took over an hour to explain to us on all the details.Quality Materials: The windows themselves are top-notch. We ordered Anlin double panel windows which are energy efficient and sound proof. We were surprised about the quality of these windows when they arrived. They look very solid and pretty, and I'm confident these windows will last for many years to come.Polite and Professional Workers: The installation crew was outstanding! They were courteous, respectful of our home, and took the time to answer any questions I had. It was clear they took pride in their work and were committed to doing the job right.Smooth Permit Process: One thing that stood out was how smooth the permit process was. The company handled all the paperwork and ensured everything was in compliance with local regulations, all the way from pulling permit to inspection, saving me a lot of time and hassle.Quality Installation: The installation itself was quick and efficient. The workers paid attention to detail and made sure every window was properly sealed and aligned. The work was originally scheduled for 1 day, but the team found complications with our home (2 stories with old frames). They could have rushed it in a short period of time but instead they went above and beyond with solid quality work to ensure everything goes by code. They also took several trips to Home Depot to buy wood boards to replace several pieces which were old and rottened.Pricing: Their price is not the lowest but again we were not looking for cheap work anyway. We quoted several different prices, and Frank was kind enough to offer a competitive match for us. We were happy with the price and their work!Overall, I highly recommend this company for any window installation needs. The combination of quality materials, excellent customer service, and flawless execution made for a fantastic experience!

I have had 3 windows replaced by them, and am very pleased with the quality of their work and their honesty. The process was all very painless, and Francisco went above and beyond to ensure that the installation went as smoothly as possible.Francisco's honest work and help was also invaluable in finding a solution to some improperly installed windows done by another unscrupulous official Anlin window vendor. I would definitely be going with CGH Solutions for my future window replacement projects.p.s. please pay no mind to the chipped paint in the pictures. These damages were already there before CGH Solutions touched anything

CGH Solutions just replaced our old windows with gorgeous black framed Anlin windows. Not only did they give us a great quote for the windows and installation, but they delivered on schedule and installed all the windows in 1 day… totally awesome experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking to install new windows in their home!

This was such a smooth and easy experience turning my stale basement into a stylish room. From the no pressure in house consulting to installation 6 weeks later. Love love love my new windows and sliding door! I'm very satisfied with CGH Solutions. Frank introduced the Anlin products and he even brought sample products with him when we met in person. He answered all my questions and concerns. Just like Frank, his people were professional and really courteous, they left the house cleaner than when they first started 🤭 I highly recommend Frank and his team. Now I don't have to kick the screen sliding door for it to close 😂

We just had CGH solutions replaced 15 windows in our home. They started on time and had all the equipment and materials to get the job done. The company sent three window installers, who were very professional, and knew exactly what to do. After the job was completed, in less than two days, my wife and I were extremely pleased with the job done, and equally impressed with the high quality windows we purchased. Well done CGH! CGH was just another quote when we set up the appointment to go over blueprints of a house we were building that had over 25 windows to install. That changed as soon as Frank demonstrated how the glass blocks solar, the quality of material used, how they glide to open, and the ease in cleaning. Far superior to the other manufacturers we researched.Several other big selling points for us was that CGH installs the windows, avoiding the argument of who would be at fault if using the warranty were to become necessary. That seemed to be a common theme in reviews of other companies. CGH came to the worksite twice to measure and to customize to get the very best airflow according to wind direction. On installation day the work was done professionally and efficiently. No radios blasting like so many of our other crews. Anlin windows are made in America and it appears they allow only trained people like Frank and Lazaro to represent them. We couldn’t have chosen a better window company than CGH Solutions.

I spoke with Frank (Francisco) and Iris during this process. Frank is very knowledgeable. He matched his prices to others that I was comparing with. He called once the job was done to make sure the crew went through each window with me, including how to take the window apart for cleaning, how to take the screen off, and how to use the stoppers. I found a potential issue with permitting and Frank got right on it - he did not leave me hanging.

I recently replaced all windows, a slider, and a huge 6 feet wide garden window in my home. I got multiple quotes from different companies. CGH solutions was prompt with their response. Frank was very accommodating of my schedule. He came out on a weekend and went over different options for my windows. He explained the pros and cons of different line of Anlin Windows. I never felt pressured to make a decision. He was very patient and answered all my questions.When I was finally ready to move forward with the project Frank explained the process and the expected timeline. The windows were going to take 6 weeks to be manufactured. Exactly 6 weeks later I received a call to schedule the installation. The installation took 2 days. The installation technicians were very professional and competent. They finished everything on time and kept the area nice and clean.My windows look great and I’m very satisfied with the whole process. I really appreciate how Frank followed up and made sure I was happy and answered all my questions. I would happily recommend CGH solutions to all my family and friends.

Strong expertise, great professionalism, and friendly service!We needed to have our front windows replaced and one of our windows was a tricky garden window. We looked at Yelp and felt very fortunate to have Francisco coming out to meet us.When I called, Francisco listened to my concern patiently and gave me a ball park estimate over the phone. He later came out in person and performed a comprehensive review of the scope of our project. He was punctual and explained to us of the quality of the window, warranty, features, and the scope of work involved. Since we are replacing a garden window, they needed to perform additional work on the exterior stucco and support.Overall, we are very impressed with Francisco's knowledge and passion for his craft It is a founder-led business, which gives us additional credibility that he is knowledgeable about the work and what his staff can deliver.At the end, we picked another contractor who was only 15 minutes away vs. over 1 hour away. It was a tough decision.I would have recommended Francisco and his team to my friends and families for their window's needs.

Frank and Noah did a fantastic job on my door. Great pricing and delivered as promised on time. I live right next to the shop and just happened to walk in. Frank was able to help me find the right fit for my need. Two guy came and quickly removed my old door and install the new door in within 2 hours. Door lock was missing and the office Noah took care of it right away and we got everything done perfectly. All trash and dusts are cleaned up. The door looks amazing and really open up my living room. am really happy with it. Thanks so much. Arturo and Martin the installers are super chill as well. Overall, it’s great experience and I will definitely repeat the service. I would give them 10 stars if there is an option and if Frank can do ADU for me haha. But he unfortunately no longer does it.

After interviewing several window companies, I spoke with Frank at CGH Solutions. He listened carefully to my concerns and goals and had the Anlin windows that I wanted. I wanted the Noise Reduction package and Frank explained all about it. This package has made a huge difference in providing peace and quiet in my home. Temperatures in my home are much better, as is cleanliness.My house is very old. And required a lot of woodwork replacement. I asked him to be sure it was done with Redwood, to protect from termites, which he did. It also required stucco repair. The crew who came out did an excellent job, including Noe. They were polite and clean and competent. I can't say enough good things about Frank & CGH solutions. Everyone there was receptive and respectful and provided excellent communication. It was a great value and the workmanship was wonderful.if you need new windows, I would definitely be proud to say that. Frank & CGH Solutions will take care of you.

Everyone did an excellent job and were very courteous. Sales rep, project manager and installers were all knowledgeable, they answered all my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Nothing but great things to share with those in need of a window supplier. Frank was my contact and helped me in so many different aspects of my project. Very patient and knowledgeable about his craft. I don’t think I could have gotten better service. We spoke several times on the phone in length about measurements and options well beyond normal business hours which speaks greatly about their customer service. I have been working in construction for over 30 plus years and have only seen this kind of service a handful of times. Most businesses don’t take the time to help through the whole process , usually just to sell their product. Not these guys they have helped me throughout the whole process. It’s just something you don’t see anymore. I highly suggest using CGH Solutions. Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.
